Orders and Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. Online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing.
We only charge tax on orders made from within Canada. For international orders, your local tax will likely be charged by customs.
If you are not satisfied, your item can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. This policy does not apply to custom items, such as any merchandise that has been personalized (ie engraving of your name in a limited edition item). Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials to:PO Box 442
If your item was damaged upon arrival, please email a photo of the damaged item and your receipt immediately to email@example.com. We will resend a new item upon receipt of your email. Depending on the item, you may be required to return the damaged item - we will provide shipping instructions and cover the cost.
If there was an error with your order, please email details and proof of the error (ie photo of the wrong size or product) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will resend a new item upon receipt of your email. We will provide shipping information and cover the cost of returning any items that were sent in error.
